an interesting fact to note and wonder about..
homosapiens : 3 billion bp in DNA ; 30,000 genes
amoeba dubia : 670 billion bp in DNA ; unknown as yet

Amazed at the size of the unicellular organism's genome compared to ours
but maybe they have lesser "functional" genes than us and more junk DNA
would the creator of the heavens and the earth make something like junk DNA of no purpose?
Or perhaps we arent regarded as complex as we once thought, a thought driven primarily by our egotism
and the amoeba might be more complex than us in having the capability to survive with such a simple system

Basic laws of creation:
simple systems survive better than complex ones
simple solutions are the best for problems
to what is used, more is given and to what is not used, it shall all be taken away
every structure has a purpose
nothing is redundant
the last wil be the first and the first will be the last
of the least shall be the greatest

god present where nothing was
light shone and time created
heavens and earth made in 7 days
all this for a greater cause

humans wore perfect genes
till they sinned and glory lost
into a fallen world where they live
their genes plaqued by viruses in due course

hope is like the bird gently perched on the branch

Erasing The Past

Searching endlessly to find a break through
where i can start afresh, anew
but the memories keep holding me in shackles
so deep in my mind i refuse to let go

wipe away all my tears
hold tightly onto me, never let go
lest while u arent there
i succumb to my endless fears

you keep trying to forget all that we were once
hoping that you could start over without any hint from the past
the past that gave u life, joy and hope
but now haunts and tortures your mind
till u forget

if amnesia came in a pill,
i would take a plenty
pay whatever just to have it
deep inside of me
to erase my thoughts
which become another past torment
too soon, too etched within
